Special interests:
I graduated from Murdoch University in Perth (my home town) in 1987, after which I drifted around Adelaide, Perth and Europe before opening my first practice in the early 90’s. I took over the then Eden Hills Veterinary Clinic in 1994 and moved to our present home a couple of years later.
I have spent all my working life in small animal practice, and have always taken an interest in animal behaviour running one of the first puppy pre-schools in Adelaide. Over the years I have undertaken post graduate certification in Veterinary Oncology, Veterinary Practice management and more recently in Veterinary Behaviour.
I spent 18 months obtaining my Membership in Veterinary Behaviour to be admitted to the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in 2018.
I now devote most of my work time to tending to patients with behavioural problems.
I have been blessed to work with a fantastic group of people at the centre, over the years, who make it a pleasure to come to work.
Apart from 2 daughters, I have Riley the Labrador & green tree frogs.
When not at the clinic I love water-skiing, bike riding (with my best mate Adam), and coaching netball.
